Whats this for???
Just rebuilding my project WRIII that the previous owner started to dismantle, and came across this:
Its a pipe connector that appears to have some sort or restrictors moulded into it and maybe a valve, its attached to about 6' of pipe that runs down inside the port side with nothing conneced to the other end. This end with the connector is cable tied up the top of the hull above the fuel tank. Its not fuel tank breather or fuel lines, they are all accounted for, as is the flush hose.
I cant find it in any parts manuals, anyone clues or ideas...?

I agree with Mpeavler. It's for the gauge cluster.

Do you know how it is normally connected, I.e. should there be a short piece of pipe from the display to this join part, then the long pipe from the join part that currently runs down the inside of the hull. If so I am guessing that the long pipe should at least be clipped up and not flopping about down in the bilge?
