    Cool 2011 RXT-X 83mm Venturi and impeller re-pitch

    Seadoo pulled a fast one and installed a 83mm venturi on the 2011 X ski's, unlike the 87mm venturi on 2008-2010 X ski's.

So re-pitching to the popular 12.5/21 will have you down on rpms. Make sure the individuals that are re-pitching your impellers are aware of this change! Probably around 12.5-13/18-18.5 will be the ticket.

You can thank Eric at SpeedFreeksRacing and 9secz06 for the discovery.

Guys, i'm new to this. But a smaller venturi means that it will have better top end and good for endurance.. True...?

Of course! Also, you need the bailer tube connectors on the venturi, and will require re-pitch......again! I'm lagging the pack, but I will back in the race in a few weeks!
