Wave raider 1100 triton billet aluminum 29cc cylinder head

i found a high comp cylinder head on ebay and its a triton billet 29cc high comp head, the seller says it will be fine on 92 octane, can anyone shoot me some info on this head and if it will be ok with pump gas or what the minimum cc should be for pump gas.

I think 29cc is WAY to small for pump gas. I think most 1200 guys use somewhere around 40cc to get around 150psi and use pump gas. 29cc might put up close to 200psi. That would put you into race gas territory I'd think. Others will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong

I am running 29cc at 185 psi. Exhaust ports raised 4mm though.

stock cylinders @ 29cc will put you at 200psi+ needing at least 110 race gas- as kris says with ported cylinders it will lower your compression depending on how extreme you raise your exhaust ports- i ran 29cc domes with exhaust ports 33.5mm from the top very extreme and had to run race gas-bottom line is dont do it unless you make one short run and cool down for 15-20 minutes unless of course you like to stick pistons which i know you dont! PASS or find a head with interchangeable domes-sidenote triton is nice head though-a nice big ole hunk of billet aluminum

cutlass is correct with stock cylinders you need to be around 41cc for 150psi premium pump gas safe
