    Question Riva Pro waterbox install

    What the crap. Why is this thing sooo hard to get in there. Any tips or tricks you guys know of to help?

    Angle it in to the outlet first then push it in the outlet coupler as far as you can then line up to the EM. You must put the silicone hose on the outlet first.

    Use the OPAS hole to do up the other clamp connecting the Box to Outlet.

    Ok thanks guys. This thing doesnt quite line up on the outlet as well as the through hull huh. Makes me nervous for leaks

    Yeah mine is a little out to. I was woried about a hose popping off but have had zero issues. get in through the OPAS hole and you can see whats going on better and make sure they are pushed on far enough and the clamps are in the best spot.

    I had a riva pro exhaust before this, and the riva instructions say to use the shorter coupler off of the pipe. Is this correct or are you guys using the longer coupler. I was just thinking the longer one looks like it would work better. Just wondering

    Use the longer one. Double clamp it if you have the room.

    I had to use the longer one. Clamp it to the thru hull fitting first and then finagle the water box into the fitting and then to the EM.
