    PRO 785 Q's

Why are there 2 bushings inside the exh valves?

Why are they 2 different sizes on the Inside Diameter?

Why is there only 1 bushing listed on the parts diagram? #27
    http://partsland.com/index.cgi?N=131...EXHAUST-VALVES

Why does only 1 bushing have a number stamped on it for reference?

I pressed out 2 bushings from the exh. valve base.

1 long bushing at 13.5mm in length .521 ID X .631 OD with no markings and joined at the seam with a "dovetail"

1 shorter bushing at 9mm in lenth .547 ID X .627 OD with the markings 1420DU D5A and a straight seam.

So which one is the $45 bushing in the diagram?

And just for future reference, anyone needing a new exh head pipe O ring, dash number 333 Viton O ring will work.

It is the bases from the gas valves that were made.

Actually the smaller bushing is from the Snow Mobile part of the gas valves.

So there is only 1 bushing on the ski valve. (the longer one) and that is the $45 bushing.

Still no part number stamped on it though.

    Sorry about the confusion.
