Does it have a pipe on it?

Personally I would dump the Buckshots, they are way to finicky.
Stock ones work well but Novi get my vote hands down.

Then a pipe would be the biggest thing you could do.
Mel is one of the best in the world as far as port work goes so you should be good there.

A pipe would give you waaaay more power but you will need to turn lots more rpm's to use it.

Unless you found a Rossier pipe, I have used it and they work very well and they do not have to rev as high to make HP.

It sounds like you have the whole package without a pipe

your Cylinders ported as well, or just the cases? I'd think your cyl's are as well with the Honda pistons. Without a pipe, even with a aftermarket pipe, those 50's are big carbs. And unless you can tune those billets, You might be served better with a set of magnums(modified mikuni's)(not BRM's). Or whatever else these guys recommend here. I had a Full Rossier Limited RX with 47mm Billets & Rossier pipe, and the guy I sold it to ended up putting a set of stockers because the billets were a pain in the arse. Good luck!

I have a set of PPG modified 951 carbs off an RXX I bought for my RX but never used. Bought off of Joe McGlaughlin a few yrs back still wrapped up the way he wrapped them. Keep it in mind if you get the pipe on and have some tuning problems with the carbs. Then again, you might put the pipe on and those Billets might work Great for you!
