    Rxp- prop pitch question?

I have a 2006 rxp with an X charger-42# bosh injectors, rear air, catch can,
I have the 15/20 concord prop, and I am only getting 7600 rpm's,
before tweeking the prop I was going to intall the next step of mods
After labor day I am going to install the external intercooler, and install the afr gauge and rising rate fuel regulator,

Would that be enough horsepower to spin that 15/20?
    Thanks,

I am spinning a 15/21 to 8140-8160. This is on a PX with stock X SCer, stock external I/C, 4" front air, Open Loop cooling, 83mm RXP exit nozzle, catch can, RIVA rideplate.

Have to say with the mods you have I think you should be spinning the 15/20 higher than 7600.

that is what I was thinking,of course it was 102 today, full tank, maybe heat soaked,
I was going to do the mods, and see where the afr's were at, then start tweeking the prop,
Plus while I have everything apart, I will go thru and look for anything suspicious,

Could be the heat and full of gas, but like you say take a good look at everything.

I think it sounds about right for all the conditions and other variables we can't control. Get some cooler air flowin and get that tuned right and I bet it will see around 8000-8100

I think you must have other issues

on my GTX i can turn a 15/20 8040rpm with xcharger and fizzle intake.

i would put the other mods on before you tweak the prop. i wouldnt think it would be good to constanly be bending the prop. the heat and humidty will definately be robbing your power. also see what your afrs are could be running severly rich. my afrs with same setup is 11.2-11.3 in 80 deg temps

    thanks, for everyones input,
Putting the ski on the trailer it will wind up to the rev limiter 8500 or so when I am at a steep launch with not much ski in the water, so I know the motor is capable of getting the rpm's with less load on it,
    thanks again
