    Sl750 head gasket

    had a bad head gasket that the po most have installed wrong.

    Witch way is the correct position for the tab to point at.

    Don't worry about the tab. The word 'UP' is cut into the gasket. Look at the cylinder from the carburetor side. Put the gasket on with UP in about the 8 o'clock position. That is the proper alignment for that gasket.

    Tab usually sits closest to the water bar.

    Thanks guys I pulled the cylinder head cause the leakdown test showed some issues and I seen 2 head gaskets were tore up but good news new pistons and rings.
