09 FZS hit 75.0 yesterday.....
I feel like Im still a little slow with my mods. But I havent worked on it much this summer at all.
With one bar of fuel I hit 75 three times in 90 degree heat.
I have a b1 with r2 reflash and rd bov. Vx plate stock untouched no shims, stock intercooler, with skat prop.
It turned 8520 on every pass.....@9 psi of boost.
What do you guys think....?

I would say you should be in the upper 70s no problem with the R2 and B1. I ran 74.9 on stock boost and stock ECU (see signature). Your RPMS looks good.

I wonder if your stock IC is keeping you from better speeds. That thing is a cork! Im a hair away from 79 and im only running a C1. Might be time for you to invest in a cooler.

good speed...75 will beat most ski's and boats you come accross at the lake....

The dog days of summer are almost over.
When it cools off a little you will get better performance.

With 8520 rpms and a B-1 and seeing only 9 psi of boost. That's not good you should see 11-12 psi of boost. Check all your hoses for a leak Possible the BOV is leaking. Even with the stock IC you should see more boost than 9 psi at 8500 rpms. Tommy Jordan

I have the B1 and just did a log today. It was a consistent 10.8 psi at 8200 rpm. My guess is that Tommy is right on. I am running the JD intercooler, that might changes the result a bit. Those numbers are with a 12/22.
My a/f with the R3 was 12.2-12.3 for most of the the wot range.

Im running 75 mph at 8200 with a 14/22, Watson I/C, MoTec with stock boost.

My afr are right on in the heat but when it cools down the thing gets lean. I dont have any fuel controller or fuel pressure regulator. I will check for boost leaks. I was thinking the stock intercooler was holding the boost back! I will need to repitch to get the revs down a bit especially for cooler air....
I could have something wrong with my boost guage also...
