    83 nozzle on rxtx2010

I have a 2010 rxtx with a stock 87 mm nozzl with ecu 8800 and et racing plus 15/22r solas4 blade sb. Now i am going 8500 rpms. This week i will imstal a 83 mm nozzle from a stock rxtx2011. What should i expect? Lose of rpms, gains of topspeed(how manymph?) and lose of acceleration? Is it correct?

My idea is to put also a 15/20solas now but i do not know

Without re-pitching you will lose hole shot, acceleration, and top speed.

First do a testride, you will loose some holeshot, but not very much.
You will gain speed around 4km/h,i think you will be good with the 15/20.
Also you will loose some rpm,but not very much.
Do a test and repicth your prop to reach 8800 rpm.

    No.....do not do this.

If your limiter is 8800 and you pitch to 8800 your asking for trouble.

As I noticed and John/Jerry confirmed, your ecu will start pulling fuel close to the limiter thus causing you to go lean = b00m!

Pitch to 8650 which should be perfect for the 137 wheel.

Ok i will do so. Just last question but 15/22r and 15/20 r are different pitch only but same shape? So i can only repitch my 15/22r....

Same prop and small nozzle means lower rpms? Isn't it??
