External Intercooler Water Plumbing Questions on 2004 RXP

Well, the engine is installed, aligned and the pump is installed. Time to move on the new external intercooler. I have a few questions on water plumbing that a search here just didn't answer.

    1) I need to take the water supply supply line that used to run to the intercooler and attach it to the exhaust manifold hose connection (main engine cooling water line). I plan to add a 3/4" Tee off of this line back by the intercooler for intercooler water supply line. Supply is easy, but I get stuck on return. I know the main water "out" line for the engine is the one on the top of the J pipe. I could Tee into this line, but it is a smaller diameter - is this where people Tee'ed into for water discharge?

    2) If the answer to #1 is yes, does this configuration stifle cooling water return from the engine exhaust? Maybe another way to answer this if for someone to tell me the size of the water return line on a PX.

    3) Can I Tee the intercooler vent line into the tubing that connects to the exhaust line just after the resonator versus installing a through hull fitting?

    4) I did some reading on the orfice plate at the pump, but cannot really determine if I need to change to the red orfice versus the yellow one when installing the intercooler. Any advice?

Sorry this is long, but I don't want to screw this project up now. Thanks in advance.

    You need yellow reducer.
Being rxp it should have already had yellow.

You mean purchase the Tee fitting itself?

Thanks! Thats what I thought, but there were some threads drilling it out, etc. I just wanted to be sure.

The green reducer on x is larger then the yellow on non x. So you could go up to green if you wanted.
Red is smallest for non ic skis.
