I'm pretty new to the super charged jetski world. I just purchased an 08 Ultra 250 and shortly after was told that an aftermarket clutch for the supercharger would be a good investment and save $$$ over the long run. From some of the other posts it sounds like this is due to failure of ceramic discs in the clutch which then get sucked into the engine. Does the whole clutch need to be replaced with an aftermarket clutch and if so which is the best? Does replacement of the discs on the original clutch with steel discs accomplish the same thing?
