    Bucked = 5 Staples

    My Cat Dies on July 16th
    Hurricane Irene wipes out my F N neihborhood two weeks ago
    Go riding this past Sunday with just 45 seconds out of Milford Harbor
    Got up to 51 mph and WAM O
    Got launched in the air , came down face first on the start stop switch
    Yada yada yada ... 3 hours in the ER to get 5 stapels in my head .

    F M L !

    Coulda been a whole lot worse

    VXR with Riva cold air intake ,F F Exhaust ,and Manifold upgrade.

    That sucks bro. I smashed my face wave jumping and it hurt like hell, almost lost an eye so I feel your pain. I have a scar for life.

    Sorry to hear of your injury. I don't see anyway possible that it overstuffed the pump at 51 mph though, even with the stock grate.

    51 was the last speed i remember being at, I was on the throttle hard. I was under the impression the VXRs didnt do the buck thing.
    Still looking at the 2012 FZR tho.
