    Flywheel for a 94 Polaris 750 SLT

Replacing the Bendix this weekend. Not sure if I will need flywheel too. Just checking to see who has one available and how much you want.

    Thanks!

I had worked myself up reading all the threads on the monster job it is to remove the flywheel. Got the puller installed, got some of my own 10.9 grade bolts to use (so I didn't have to replace the rental bolts if they broke) soaked the thing in a can and a half of PB overnight, measured the bolts once they were in to make sure they were aligned properly to prevent side loading the flywheel, got the compressor fired up with the impact set on high, propane torch ready to go, got the center bolt tight, put the impact on and hit it for 2 seconds. itty bitty "pop" and it slid off. Talk about build up for nothing. Guess the flywheel had been off before.......

Anyway, it looks to be in good shape so i don't need one. Thanks John!

Now I am dying because my new bendix didn't show up in the mail today!!!! ARRRGGHH - dont' get to ride until next weekend now!!

Only been out twice, but I've been heading out to Portage Lakes lately. Relatively safe with lots of traffic should I have a "mishap"..... Next year plan on making a couple of trips up to Erie. I have used the ramps on the Rocky River prior....... What side of town are you on?

I here Portage Lakes is really nice. Only been out near Akron once. Rode on West branch. (way too small)

I'm on the east side of Cleveland. Normally ride in the Mentor/Fairport Harbor area.

Shoot me a PM if you're ever thinking of coming up this way, maybe we'll meet up?
