This has happen to a few guys. The prop casting seem brittle at times. Think it happen to Troy not sure what he did. If its ever been pitched you maybe SOL.

I have had mine crack, but nothing like that and just had it welded back up.

no i bought another from jerry that he repic for me . this was and extra one i had .i was messing around in shop today and notice it am like holy shit. i was going to send it and get it worked then i notice the crack

I had a set back pitched 15/20 blade break. The blade lodged in the pump causing severe cavitation 26 miles from the launch.

damn i thought mine was bad i think these ski are putting out so much tore thats crazy

I think I might of just had a bad casting like JP said. That prop had only been pitched once and I am pretty sure I did not have anything go through the pump to do that damage. The prop was the only thing damaged other than the wear ring and you could tell it was the prop that did the damage to the wear ring. I now have 2 15/22r's one pitched and one not, running more boost than when that one came apart and they both look good.
