    01 gp1200r ...back to life...

Trying to bring this ski back to life...it ran beautifully about 5 years ago..then toward the end of a season it was throwing a temp light and shutting down...winterized it and it sat ever since...it's an 01 gp1200r ...previous owner said is has aftermarket prop, d plate, and intake grate...it ran great and was fast..
Started by removing the pipe and the carbs...got a full motor gasket kit, some new hardware, etc..
Got the carbs all cleaned up and ready to go back in, replaced the fuel lines on them, etc..it dosent look like there are settings on them.. I missing something? Is there any type of factory setting or certain adjustments that need to be made?
Any other tips, tricks, or things that should be gone over..?
Hoping that the temp light is just a sensor...their was no physical sign of over heating at the time ...
    Any input appreciated ...
