    Rxp down on revs

    Hi all
I have a stock Rxp and I seem to be down 500 revs
It's pulling top end 7400 revs
I have put a blow off valve on and a new prop it was a 13/18 solas
And now there is a 14/19 solas on her
    Also the iridium Ngk plugs
Could any of these make me lose the revs
    Cheers steve

    Too many points to check!
Maybe your bov leaks!Or the sc slips!
    Why you change the prop?

Remove the BOV, put the OEM NGK plugs back in, put the 13/18 back in and see where you stand. What was the reason you changed the prop any how?

I changed the prop because I had an accident
Jumping waves and the ski ended up being thrown on a gravel
Beach and I had to get her started in about a foot of water before the next wave battered the ski
So sucked up loads of stones through it
And I had this one as a spare one
I will take the bov off and change the sparks back
But I can't change the prop back yet
I looked on solas website and it says an Rxp should have the 14/19 as stock
And the rxt should have the 13/18

The rxp comes with a 13/18 as an oem prop.

I did not know that but would the prop
Make me lose that many revs
And how can I test the bov or should I just stick
    The stock pipe back on
    The acceleration is good though
Even better now I have that intercooler from msrxp thanks again

There is no benefit to running a BOV on SC crafts. IMO.

I would not think you would loose that many rpm's from going to that prop.
I would also loose the BOV, just one more place for a boost leak.

It was running 7900 when I had a leaking intercooler just no power
And it had the worn prop on
Will put the stock pipe back on and get rid of the bov
    Tomorrow
can I full throttle the ski when it is attached to the hose pipe
To see if I get full revs
Also could it be something to do with the throttle cable as I did take it all apart
To put the new intercooler in I might not have tightened the cable up leaving it loose
