    Hi-temp

    Hi i have a problem after rebuild the egine. If i go above 7500 rpm or full throttle i get hi-temp.
    Can somebody tell me what this problem is

    Your coolant lines from your pump through the circuit is/are clogged..... If you have an IC, it is probably clogged. Remove it and fill it with hot water and shake it. Drain it, and repeat until it comes out clear. I would also make sure the intake grate inside the pump is clear and has no debris. Chances are, your lines are clogged or nearly clogged. The waterbox is not getting enough water and causing the the heat sensor to throw a code.

    thx but i dont have a externe intercooler its still oem.
    so i dont have to clean it right. What do you mean with the intake grate cleaning.
    that the waterbox getting enough water is right because the sound from the rivawaterbox is way difgerent.
    Were can i find the pump thats give more water to the waterbox

    You still have an internal IC in the ski don't you? It is TINY and gets clogged easier.....

    So if i clean the intercooler that will solve the problem?
    And if i clean the intercooler and the problem is still there whats the second thing to look.

    Solved the problem i had tight the clamp off the j-pipe wrong!
    I had the clamp so that the four holes off the j-pipe were close!

    the internal intercoolers rarely,if ever, get clogged(they also suck!)

    Mine did.... A really sandy/muddy area I went through. I agree, it rarely happens. However, it is usually the first place to look...
