Go for a ride with the seat and engine cowling off, you should be able to pick up where the water is getting in.

Yer that sure makes it hard.
How much is getting in? Are your bailers up nice and high?
You do any opas or rear exhaust mods or anything along them lines?

I don't suppose you know if it's only filling up while the motor is running?

Was the engine aligned correctly? Just thinking out loud here...

how much water do u get?
i get about 500ml everytime i ride, but in choppy water i get more.
i checked all my hose and its all tight and its not the carbon seal coz i left it in the water for hours and not water leaks..
