    Nicasil vs iron sleeve

    Bonsoir,

    Comme cité la première fois le bloc weber a des défauts de fabrications comme d'autres moteurs ;

    -Le niKasil , certains refond faire chez des pros , les mêmes pros qui parfois envoient leurs bloc en Angleterre ou en Espagne car il sont mécontent des traitements fait chez nous .C'est dommage !

    Mon nikasil à lâché bon ben au boulot
    Dans le doute travail au corps et voilà re chemisage fonte et piston stock :

    -La seconde faiblesse était le turbo sous dimensionné ;
    -Maintenant j'en suis au point de départ , remontage rodage et essais

    Contrairement aux dires de certains , oui , ce bloc peut se chemiser .

    Good evening,

    As mentioned the first time the block has weber manufacturing defects like other engines;

    -The Nikasil, recasts some of the pros do at the same pros who sometimes send their unit in England or Spain because it is dissatisfied with the treatment done here. What a pity!

    My Nikasil is out , ok let's go to work
    When in doubt work the body and that melting and re liner piston stock:

    -The second weakness was the turbo undersized;
    -Now I'm starting point, running assembly and testing

    Contrary to what some, yes, this block can be lined.

    Good day

    a plating expert told me that re-plating the cylinders will not give long tern successful results. ive got the same problem. ive decided to fit the latest "second generation" weber engine block (as fitted to the Polaris FST snowmobiles)

    good luck.

    bloc

    Bonjour,

    Je sais que la la plus grande partie des moteurs automobiles sont chemisée fonte,
    c'est pour cela qu' il font beaucoup de kilomètre ( heures ) de plus sur le weber , il y a un refroidissement
    renforcé par l'échangeur de l'eau de mer ou rivière .
    L'usinage fait sur mon bloc est fait pour piston d'origine 84,92 mm 102660 v3 ,si quelqu'un est intérréssé par un tarif + frais de port via paypal .Je peux éventuellement le faire .

    Maintenant je suis entrain de remonter le moteur et bientôt les essais

    Hello ,

    I know that most automobile engines are lined cast iron,
    for this reason that there are many kilometers (hours) over the weber, there is a cooling
    reinforced by the interchange of sea water or river.
    The machine is on my block is made to the original piston 84.92 mm 102 660 v3, if anyone is interested by a fee + shipping via paypal. I can possibly do.

    Now I am trying to go back and soon the engine testing

    Goood Day
