Carb help cant get it right
I got an hx that needed a new top end and the carbs done on it. So I put a top end on from fullbore.com and the carbs were givin to me in a box so I rebuilt them with a kit from onlyseadoo.com. Comes with new needles and seats and all the stuff for a full rebuild. The spec for the pop off is 36-60 psi. Using the dull silver 95 gram springs and the 1.2 n/s I got a pop off of 48 psi. Seems kinda high to me but within spec for a 96 hx. Pu it all back together with new lines and fuel selector. Starts and runs great on the trailer but in the water alls it will do is idle. It will not rev up. Seems to me that the pop off is to high and not getting any fuel. I am gonna try putting the 80 gram springs in and see if that helps. What do you guys think?

Thats right install 80g spring. Inspect jets, check for clogs. Clean everything again. Then set low speed screw 1 1/2 and 0 high speed.
