    Fuel tank rubber pad

While taking out the fuel tank I noticed that the rubber pad underneath is just loose and not attached to anything. I don't see the clip that holds it in place anywhere. Looks the same for the one under the water box. Anyone know an easy way to secure these? Thanks.

Degrease everything really well prior to application, and use contact cement
