Rxp clocks always say same engine temp

I have just had some new clocks
Fitted and the engine temp never changes from 62-64 degrees
Even when my engine is cold and not bein started
Any ideas what could cause this

E-temp on your gauge cluster is external evironment air temperature. My guess is mother nature could cause this

You can only check engine temp with Candoo or BUDS.
