    carbon fiber parts???

not sure if this is the right section but it makes sense to me. im building 2 gpr hulls with fx-ho motors. what i need is carbon fiber side panels and visor. since there is no oil tank or fuel selector i would need panels the cover that. is there anybody that can lay the CF or makes them already?
this is why i put it in the "project" section if nobody makes them this will be my next project. doesnt need to be made of overlayed is fine any advice???

contact trinity composites. just google them. they are located in palm bay fl. speak to bobby. they are extremely busy and might not be able to do it. but money talks. its not hard to splash a mold off the existing parts and lay up your own carbon parts. keep in mind you will have to use epoxy resin and it will have to be painted to keep the uv from turning it soft.

as for deleting the fuel selector and oil fill. just fill them in on your fairings and body work them before you make a mold from them.
you can even eliminate the speed blisters yamaha put in the gp upper fairings.

Those two holes make nice places to put temp, boost, etc gauges. Not much weight savings either. The hood is sort of heavy, but if you kill off all the heavy stuff, you lose what little storage you had.

yeah i wish the xlt had those nice holes. would make ny guage mounting and choices a lot easier.
