    install rave valves....... boggs out

    took apart raves cleaned them and reinstalled with new gaskets and o rings. when i almost reach top speed it boggs for a second then continues on then boggs again bad while holding throttle the whole time.

    your raves are used for bottom end.

    Is this a carb model? Do you have gray fuel lines? If so follow the fuel system cleaning thread.

    yes still have most of the grey lines it is carbed. Problem wasnt there before i cleaned the raves and guillotine. Might be possible that i have the adjustment knob in a little further then before.

    If it was misadjusted you would have more of a bog or delay of power when taking off out of the hole. The other thing is the solenoid for the raves. That might be taking a crap.

    check for leaks in the vacuum lines

    Change out the Grey Lines now,before you lean it out and kill a cylinder. Pull the lines off the fuel selector and look up in them. Bet there is crap in them and it has now plugged the filters in the carbs.
