How sure are you that they will hit? Have you ever measured the black air box you use? I didn't think so,
They will fit, the proof will be in the pudding,
If they do hit the hull, its okay as they are collapsable. But its only 4 1/2 inches long, the black air box is much thicker than 4 1/2 inches.

When you install them, they have the tendency to want to pop off if you clamp to tight. So what I did was just snug them on the throttle bodies. When we were done testing, Mikel70 rode my gpr like a madman jumping the hell out of it. Then I got on it and did the same. The filters are still on the throttle bodies. Didn't even bother them at all. So when you clamp them down, just snug them on there. That will be all you need.
They are $16.95 each I believe, contact supermac. To me they are will worth it, my acceleration and mid range are super now.

Are they fire proof? The whole idea of a flame arrestor is to not make a ski-B-que

there usually filled with oil to help keep dirt out! not sure why you would want to use these on a ski? they are used on quads and bike because they keep sand out very well! Dont see much sand on the water??? And im sure they are more restrictive than the riva filters (IMO)
