To fog or not to fog.......

Is it better to fog the carburators and run some fuel stabilizer through the fuel lines and gas tank? or Turn off the fuel and run the carbs dry? I will still put fuel stabilizer in the tank.
what are your thoughts on this?

    Thanks

id do the same, run ski while addin engine fog, till you see lots of smoke out exhaust.shut her off.
id also check bottom of fuel bowl there may be a drain,to remove the fuel from carb.if there is remove it and let the fuel drain out.
dont be surprised if a little bit of water comes out.
