    1300r wont spark

    my friends 1300r sunk the other day we remove the motor and got all the water out of it disconnected an blew out all the plugs opened the the electric box to check for water was dry inside opened the stator cover to check for water only a teaspoon came out of the put the ski back together and it wont spark any ideas of what could be the cause or anyone experience this before any help thanks in advance

    unplug and clean all plug connections make sure the temp sensor on the rear of the pipe is plugged in also check the throttle cable make sure the throttle is closing and try cranking without giving it throttle.

    we tried blowing out all the connectors we removed the spark plus a placed them touching the head an there no spark thats what where trying to figure out why it wont spark

    check your fuses. If not its the temp sensor

    if the throttle is off idel when you try to first crank there will be no spark. most common cause throttle cable binding or to tight

    +1 temp sensor on the botom of the stinger pipe will cause zero spark
