gp 760 trim tabs
I'm new to the world of pwc so please excuse any rookie questions I might post. I have a 97 gp 760 and was wondering if anyone knew where I might get some trim tabs for it. I just checked Riva and they have them for 98-00. Also would these help with the hull porpoising? Any other ideas on what I can do to stop this? I can probably get a couple more mph out of this thing if I could keep on the throttle with the hull trimmed up. Atleast that is my thinking. Thanks Karl

Do you have plastic tabs.
My 97 GP1200 had the tabs ripped off and it was not bad.
I put on the early aftermarket tabs and saw small improvements
If you still have plastic tabs they work like a brake get rid of hem.
You dont want the 98-99 tabs you want the 97 tabs.
Once you have the 97 tabs on you could also put the 99 tabs on to extend the tabs to the rear of he hull like the 99 is.

Thanks Scott. I don't have any tabs on it now and it doesn't look like there was ever any on it. all the is now is a slight step in the hull where it looks like some would fit but no attachment points. The hull is clean there so it looks like it didn't come with tabs. But as usual on here I have learned something. Thanks, Karl

Check with pro-tec, they may still sell them. You could also send a private message to Osidebill, I believe he fabricated some. I put some on a buddys 760, it makes a huge difference with the porpoising.
