GP1200R Blown engine, Need parts!
Just buyed a used GP1200R for a small price.No wave-eaters placed.
I think 1 dropped out powervalve is the killer here, it hit the middle piston.
Upper crankcase is broken, 1 cylinder and piston, and i need to get my crank rebuild/placed
Anyone to help with parts/tips?

Welcome to the forum Julian.
Before you start buying parts, figure out what type of engine that you want. Do you want a stock craft or do you want one that has been modified slightly to give you a little bit extra umph and at the same time reliablity? This is the time to decide because there is no need to buy and install the same component twice.
Some of the used aftermarket components that you buy to rebuild may be better and cheaper then the original equipment, but they may not work in conjunction with other components that you have.
Figure out what you want first, then list the things that you know for sure that you need, and then we will go from there. Also, tell us about this boat: hours of use, general appearence, aftermarket components already installed, etc.

I'd like a bit extra , but no racing machine,
So maybe a better head/ pistons, air filters, D plate, impeller etc?
I live in NL, parts are expensive, shipping also, so i'd like to rebuild step by step without mega spending.
Thats why i need to start with the crankcase, crank and cylinders?
I have it all out, i will pull the crankcase apart tomorrow to look at the crank.
Hours? no idea, its a mint machine, perfect shape, i love it!
The oil pump is blocked off, been running on premix. thats all i can find.
I will post some pics tomorrow, any help with my bottom engine is welcome!
I'm a newby with this stuff, but can get some work done.

honestly, if it were my ski. look for a used fx ho 4 stroke and drop it it. there are a couple on here. dead reliable and same performance as a 1200. same weight too. plenty of people on here to help out also. at my work we buy every 1200 ski that comes in just to part it and sell the cylinders/ pistons and cases. we call them boomerang boats. we fix them send them on their way and wait for them to come back blown up. when we then buy the ski to part it.
with the damage in your pictures you will need a whole motor prety much. only thing that will be good is front mag cover, stator, flywheel, bendix, starter, pto coupler, 2 good cylinders and pistons, a manifold and a pipe. the condition of your parts even sbt won't take those as usable cores.

Unfortunatly, most of the parts are blown, and rebuilding stock is not really an option,
Descided to rebuild a 1390. Harry Klemm ( GroupK ) has a lot of experience with the 1390 www.groupK.com
Hotrods crankshaft, trued and welded,
1 new cylinder, ported and bored to 87mm, new nikaseal by powerseal, NL
Blocked oil pump
Dplate + chip
Will start building soon, just finished the exhaust, will post picture while builing!
