    wedge or ride plate

    which would you do next on a 2007 rxp with just 4inch air and riva exhaust? wedge or a modded stock from a sponser here.... what would be the mph gains and would both together be even better? tell me wht you think on all 3 questions

    Both! Get an R&D 2.5 with VTS extension and a SFR ride plate. The best handling and gains were found with the SFR plate for me. I got 3.6 with the ride plate.

    I did not like the way the ski felt in the corners with the wedge. Straight line I liked it. I also did not mind the way the wedge felt in chop. Just trim down, weight forward and go!

    thats the sfr modded stock closed loop plate right? 3.6 mph is a nice gain for just one mod.

    Yes. That is the closed loop modded stock plate. I did the plate only and did back to back runs. That is where I got my numbers. I guess the density altitude helped a good bit too....

    The wedge is not for cornering but it is a great mod even with a rideplate.
