    IntercoolerTemp Data

    Hi Guys,

Just a quick post for those that are thinking of getting an intercooler but are unsure of the advantages. A mate and myself went for a 30 min run on our FZR's, I was keen to try out my new mods.

    Ski 1 - 100% stock apart from MoTec and R n D grate
Ski 2 - Watson I/C with dedicated cooling line, ET Low Boost, MoTec, Riva Exhaust, Riva Air Intake, RnD Plate, RnD Grate, ribbon delete and additional motor cooling

You can see that the Intercooler shaved up to 20 deg c (68 deg F) of air intake temps. Similar results can be seen with the additional motor cooling.

Thanks for taking the time to test and document your results. No denying the benefits after seeing the hard data.
