    96XP starting issues...

So I'm trying to get my 1996 XP to start, but I'm having trouble. If I have the spark plugs out it cranks over fine...super fast. If I have the plugs in, it cranks over real slow every 2 to 3 seconds. The battery is a gel cell and is fully charged.

    Any ideas?

Clean yout grounds and clean the mounting area on the starter for the ground. Also clean your terminals on the battery. Maybe you aren't getting enough voltage. Charlie
