Hello every one, my name is Ben and Iím from Old Town, Florida but I doubt anyone has ever heard of it lol. I donít have a ski yet but I plan on getting one this summer. Iím trying to decide between a seadoo RXP and a Kawasaki Ultra 250x. Anyone got any recommendations or advise that may make my decision any easier?

No one really knows what the 250X has in store so it's all speculation at this point. I'm a sea-doo guy, My RXP has had it's problems but I would'nt trade it for anything. i'm sure there will be ten people behind me that will sway one way or the other. Every boat has their own positives and negitives.

So after all that crap, I recommend the RXP.

    OH, Welcome!!!!

Both should be fun skis! I would go for the ultra just because i have always like the kawaski hulls! (as far as handling) but you could get that RXP hallin ass a lot faster because of the huge aftmarket parts avaliability and the ultra will take a year or so until all the goodies are avaliable!

ben07, welcome to the board! the Kawi is too new, were still anticipating what it can do...RXP is pretty much proven, with a little attention right up front you`ll have a great/fun ride...
If you get the RXP, swap out those ceramic clutches for Jerry`s washers pronto! Read read and read the forum, you`ll get the mod bug!...PR...

Thanks for the replies. A friend of mine has a RXP so that is probably what I will end up getting as well.
