Powerlifted for over 5 years with a trainer. I stopped 2 years ago and now train at a local gym, bodybuilding mostly but only go 2 times a week. I have slowed down and gained weight (243lbs) I got tired of hurting all the time and could not sleep on my side for 4 years because it hurt my shoulders. I used to go 4 days a week. Now i just go on my own time and i dont cramp up as much as i used to.
