Congrats to Dean's Team for winning multiple world titles at finals

    Congrats Dean and all involved

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TEAM RIVA RACING | DEANíS TEAM | YAMAHA WINS MULTIPLE WORLD TITLES

    OCTOBER 11, 2011

Lake Havasu City, AZ Ė RIVA Racing | Deanís Team | Yamaha riders took the competition by storm at this yearís 30th Anniversary World Finals winning championship titles in the premier Stock class and Limited.

In a performance that was nothing short of spectacular RIVA Racing | Deanís Team | Yamaha rider Chris MacClugage swept both Motoís to win the premier Pro-Am Runabout Stock Class World Title aboard his Yamaha FZR. In what were less than ideal conditions MacClugage demonstrated that there truly is no replacement for displacement. After surviving a nearly disastrous collision during Moto 1, he chased down the race leader and passed him at the finish line to take the win. In Moto 2 MacClugage grabbed the hole shot and never looked back.

RIVA Racing | Deanís Team | Yamaha rider Jordan McLean won the Pro-Am Limited class World Title proving that consistency counts, just as it did this summer when he won the U.S. National Title. McLeanís Ďnever give upí attitude propelled him to his first world title and solidifies his position as an elite personal watercraft racer

Abdullah Alfadhel, a longtime friend through competition, powered a RIVA Racing | Deanís Team | Yamaha limited class spec Yamaha FZR to an impressive victory in the Expert Runabout Open class. Knowing full well he was at a disadvantage going to the starting line didnít faze the Kuwaiti Police Force Lieutenant. After finishing a respectable 3rd in Moto 1, Alfadhel knew he had to make Moto 2 count. When the band broke it was Alfadhel who grabbed the hole shot and never gave up the lead securing his spot as the 2011 Expert Runabout Open class World Champion.

RIVA Racing would like to congratulate and thank the RIVA Racing | Deanís Team | Yamaha team riders, mechanics and helpers for their efforts and results this season. We look forward to carrying on a tradition of winning through 2012 and beyond.

    Awesome!

I wish they'd put the races on TV. I'd be all over that.

Um, who said it won't be?? it takes about 6 months? for them to edit everything down, render, and get the show on the air. It will probably be on MavTV. I-Ball productions was there filming, and they always do a good job. Or, there will probably be a DVD......just saying

Also, you forgot Paloma, the female rider from Peru. 2nd overall in Women's Runabout Limited aboard a 2012 Yamaha FZR. Go Amy!!!!!
