    So, will it be cut in and moulded to the hull? Or hinged somehow to allow access under hood? Dont you dare cut into that boat! Always thought it was one of the nicest looking rxp's out there

    sorry for the spelling, this came from my evo phone. i have been changing the design multiple times. originally i wanted to incorporate an adjustable front spoiler but tossed the idea. i also wanted to make it in 2 pieces, like a separate hood that would use the original latch system but then i opted for a one piece design that attaches via 6 pin latches like they do in race cars. it allows quick removal and reduces overall weight. it will be made out of carbonfiber and the total weight will be around 5-6 lbs. what do you guys think?

    seat is a copy of the rotax racing seat that i purchased here in florida.

    no cutting into the hull whatsoever. it goes on top . the only thing you have to do is remove your old hood and put the whole unit on top and fasten it. very simple.
