    Red face Slight modifications in the VXR

    Hello Guys,,

    I'll change some things in my lightweight components VXR,,

    Yamaha VXR VXS RIVA Intake Manifold Upgrade Kit +MPH!
    R&D Performance FX HO SHO FZR VXR VXS Power Plenum Air Filter
    Yamaha 2011 VXR Performance Solas Impeller YS-DF-14/21

    Critical suggestions are welcome.

    cool video,

    I am particularly fans modifications to the extreme, I'm trying to go lighter because I'm short on time ..

    show more power is moving and see results and improvements,
    worth it.

    Bananaut, what intake grate are you using? stock intake grate?

    Oops,,
    I am using the stock, was already set to buy the kit r & d performance was more scared of the defect intake grate, I'm waiting for a reliable launch.

    Jerry had posted this thread a few weeks back; the upgraded R&D grate is already here. For sure if you are going past stock speeds I think the overall consensus here is that you should have this bolted on sooner rather than later.

    Besides the grid advises buying R&D Pump Seal Kit for R&D Aquavein Intake Grate
    The impeller is already underway,

    R&D has there new grate out now and I would say the bottom of the boat will come out before it will break.
