    Big Ass Prop Needed

I need the largest prop made for the polaris 148 pump. Anyone recommend one?? Im currently @ 16/28 swirl 12v Stator 80mm nozzle turning 8050 RPM's and I have run out of pitch room on the swirl. Im running 255HP and have parts to bump it up to 300 if I can find a prop for the job. I can reflash the ECU for 8700 RPM limit if needed but I want to keep this boat rec friendly.

I think the NuJet 7.5 is the largest out of the box made for Polaris. I know a few people here who have one but I think you can still order one from NuJet. I'm sure you will still need to tweak it some.

Yes the Nujet is my next try from my findings. I have no problem tweaking but when you run out of root angle your done and the results reverse themselves.

    Thanks for the input.

Well you could always cut the last 1/2" or so of the blades away from the hub, allowing you to put more angle in the blade and then weld it back to the hub.

Yep that is an option and most likely the solution.

    Steve,
Were you ever able to locate a reasonably priced 7.5?
