My seadoo CANNOT have a intercooler!!!

Ok first off, let me say I have a fairly decent concept of how superchargers work and what a intercooler is/does. I'm trying to winterize my ski. And everything I've seen/heard says the intercooler MUST be properly drained or filled with antifreeze. The air from the supercharger comes directly off the housing and turns a 90° angle right into the throttle body. My ski is a 2008 RXT 215. Thanks for your help!!

it's inside the intake manifold. start ski, then run a water hose funneling antifreeze through the flush port on the pump shoe after antifreeze is running out the pump shut ski offf

Your inter-cooler is inside the intake manifold its installed from the front where the two water lines are.

So it's the copper colored thing on the front! I had the bottom hose off and nothing ran out. I've been blowing compressed air through the garden hose hook up. Could I just hook a hose up to the bottom hose fitting and pour it in there?

How in the world do you pour something into a hose that is angled down?

Don't listen to them. It's a devil tube that consumes the souls of unweary travelers. Remove it at once and place a mid-size squirrel in there as a replacement.

Nobody I know bothers with this method. Just get a small drill pump and pump antifreeze into the flush port. Takes like 5 minutes to winterize this way.
