    Jerry

Hey Jerry; Did you notice that the link to this forum that used to be on the posts you made on the Riva Forum has been changed to a direct link back to the Riva forum ? Was that your doing or is Riva afraid of the competition?

    Richard

Surely Jerry changed his sig voluntarily, because only a true asshole would redirect a link in a person's signature.

I think they did it after this conversation.

All of the Solas props we sell with a "R" at the end of the part number are checked in a pitch block before being sent out to ensure accuracy in pitch.

The new 14/19R i just purchased had 2 blades out of whack on it.

One of the trailing edge's was .030 off and yet another was .010 off.

Im not complaining though. After i trued up the prop myself, plus applied the right amount of pitch my ski has gone faster than it ever has at 77.9

Hey Green Hulk what mods have you done on your RXP that is worth the $$$. I am seriously thinking about getting a RXP but don't know if they are reliable. I do a lot of wave jumping and ride in a good amount of chop. Heard they are only good for flat water. I don't see many RXP's where I live so can't really ask anyone how they have been. The ones I do see are from out of town and they seem to like theirs but they say they usually ride in fresh water.

AWESOME site hulk. I could never find any videos or more info. Till now. I was thinking about getting a stage 2 from riva but was told if I like to wave jump that the ski would not be a good choice ( reliability concerns ) but in some of the vidoes they seem to be doing the same things I do on my gpr. The only other reason I haven't gone further with my skis is because there is no service in my area. No one seems to know anything about mods and performance ( seriously ). Not even the so called professionals at the shops, I'm usually telling them what. Your site was very informative.

Well, Riva Crew felt that my site was a competitor of theirs and they asked me not to link to their site. I don't however share the same view on this as I am an advocate of Riva products and use many of them on my own ski. So just to be nice i went ahead and changed my signature to link back to their site

I guess because they see I now sell the Vortech SC impeller off my main page they feel im a competitor.

Sounds like crap to me.... I know your playing it safe and being nice with "the man" but why should your opinion and advise be regulated in a forum that is supposed to be open discussion. If they stand by there product they shouldn't have worries.

I would just not link to anything.
We should just all put http://www.greenhulk.net on our riva sigs!!

I agree TJ, but Riva is not an open forum like i have here.

It's "pro Riva" so it's their way, or the highway
I guess you can't blame them. It's their site and its geared towards making them money.

I think you should edit the link so it looks like this:
