The importance of using kill switches

The Importance of Using Kill Switches

This accident occurred on Hartwell Lake, along the South Carolina/Georgia border. The accident involved a 38-foot Fountain go-fast costing around $375,000. The vessel owner/operator only had the boat about a week and had not even made the first payment. He was traveling at an estimated 80 mph when made a sharp turn. This resulted in he and his passenger being ejected from the boat. Since he did not have his kill switch lanyards attached, the vessel kept going, steadily accelerating until it hit the banked shore, went airborne and found a tree. The force of the impact split the hull. Neither of the vessel's occupants were wearing PFDs. Despite this, they survived - - miraculous

A lot of times that goes hand-in-hand. Book smarts often lands the white collar paystub however they tend to lack common sense. My stepson's dad brings in mid 6 figures and one day he was mowing his own lawn and decided to dislodge some of the grass from under the mower. I would have shut it off, but I'm not smart like that. Cats have 9 lives, he has 9.5 fingers left to learn.

That boat's name is "Temporary Insanity II." I think if this is the second one, the third can just be called "Insanity," it doesn't appear to be a temporary thing.
