    LPG??

    Has anyone converted an RXP or RXT to LPG fuel so can save lots of £££/$$$

    In fairness, NO, alot of the big V8 ski boats run on LPG, its like half the price per litre. Im not sure how much it would cost to get done and so how long it would take to get your money back tho.

    I also would be concerned how it would run with high boost and RPM.

    Not to mention, where/how are you going to contain the fuel?

    LPG is an easy conversion for carb'd motor, but gets more involved with fuel injected motors. it actually works extremely well in boosted applications. the added weight of the tank would be a pretty big deterrent for most people with jet skis, though.

    CNG...Upside is it works out to be under 1.00/gallon, has very high octane, will work with fuel injection, burns cleaner (the oil will look clean at 100hrs), downside is the 4500psi tank u would be sitting on. U could plumb your nat gas line on the house to your high press compressor to fill the tank in the ski. I know someone who does this every day for over 300k mi now with a honda........no shit...
