Remove the OEM spacer and use the TBM supplied spacer for the Skat impeller.

I have this cone on both my skis and along with the 160mm liner it works perfect but I destroyed two of them previously.Using the skat spacer does not garantee proper clearance and I had to have spacers machined for all of my skat props to ensure proper clearance.Always better to have a bit more space than too tight as it will tighten under load.TBM did replace both of mine under warranty......

Yes and if their is not enpugh clearance then you can add a washer or sipmly have a new one machines to a bit thicker of a spec.Close is good but better to have a bit bigger a gap and not worry about destroying the cone. All skat props seem to differ in terms of hub thickness so you cannot asssume proper clearance with the supplies washer.I will podt some pics if I can.Other than this issue it works awsome with the 160mm liner reducing cavitation almost completely running et high boost, waterbox and other stage 3 goodies.....

yes, you want .040 clearance minimum

The problem is skat props can vary apparently so no one spacer is a one size fit's all.
