    riva s3 stinger

    Hi just was wondering weather the riva s3 stinger would work on a 2006 gp1300r with efi set up be nice to no thanks guys

    No-it will be rubbish! You can send it to me if you want!!-Im after one
    Ski will be lighter, and you will gain some pickup, but you will loose a good 1-2 mph top end.
    Also, be aware that if you leave your water cooling stock and don't dump one overboard, there is lots of pressure on the rubber coupler, and they have been know to fail.
    If youve got one-it's worth a try, if you havent and are going to buy, I personnally prefr the pro-tec turbo tube-does the same job, but is within about 30-50rpm of the stock exhaust at wot.

    Didn't Pale rider do this and change back to stock ?

    There was a lot more involved. breaking in a new engine, wanted the OEM stinger in to simplify the process...

    It would have been nice to test the TT and see what the deal was, didn`t get that far, was satisfied with the overall outcome of the ski. I`ve had much conversations with people that have used the TT or Stinger and there is tuning and impeller pitching involved bc of what this type of exhaust actually does...

    ok im running a magnum 12vain pump with 13/19 scat impeller heads all done air filter etc etc i want hole shot rather than top speed thanks for the in put guys
