    Julio did a DIY free flow before Riva had one. I'm sure he has pictures.

    Just take the ring from inside the hull, and mark the bolt holes off and the outline on a piece piece of sheet aluminum or even a piece of fiberglass. Cut out the circle and drill out the holes and make sure they line up and you're set. You can even use the rubber flapper piece as the gasket between that plate you just made and the hull..

    +1 or you can use a thin kitchen cutting board found at walmart and make one, real easy to do.

    A word of caution!! This may or not apply to you, but people reading this thread should be made aware of something: that ring on the stock exhuast outlet is designed to be on the INSIDE of the hull only. Do not attempt to make a block off and use the ring on the outside of the hull. It will deform your block off (if it is rubber) and will cause a water leak. Keep the ring on the inside of the hull.

    That is correct. Torque spec on the nuts is 6nm if memory serves.
