    Cool My 95 polaris sl 750 project ski

    These are pics of the top of my tank, can anyone tell me or label the pic to show which hose goes where on the 4 inlkets?

    I think there my reserve and on may be crossed but I cant figure out the proper inlets.

    Dude, you don't need to start a new thread for every question you have on your ski

    The fuel sender has abbreviations stamped on it telling you what each fitting is.

    MAN = main

    RES = reserve

    RET = return

    VEN = vent

    Or if you really wanted to figure it out, lift it out of the tank and figure out which fitting does what.

    I solved this issue, there were no stamps marking the outputs that I could find so I disconnected both main fuel line and reserve fuel lines and siphoned them both into gas cans waiting for one to run dry. Guess what the previous owner in all his wisdom when he changed out the fuel lines had crossed them putting em back. The reserve went to the on, and main line went to reserve!

    Another problem solved.

    I noticed while doing this that the 2 inline fuel filers between the tank and the switch look like there going bad. The plastic is very flexible and probably will break or block soon.

    Yes, please keep all your Q's in 1 thread.

    The stamps should be right around the screws that hold the sender down.

    Just ask Beerdart (Moderator) to move this in to the Projects section. That's all.
