    Question 300x Power Filter -- Need Help/Advice!!

    All,

This is my first post on the forum and am hoping to get some advice.

I just bought a 2011 300x this summer and want to do a Power Filter by Riva as my first mod.

Has anyone had experience with this kit? Pros/Cons?

    Much appreciated!

Should stay with your stock intake. Get the speed bypass limiter instead :

The R&D one is just plug and play, no need to cut cable and so on . so it should takes you like 5 to 10 min for installation.

LOL According to the picture and the description, it looks plug and play (plus they mentioned : no tools require)... I can't think about how to mess up with one of these :P

it takes more than 10 minutes if you never did it before.but it is very basic less than installing the intake.also it will pick up 3 to 4 mph. the air intake only wont add any top speed without the module.i did the module and fresh air filter instead of the air intake system.

plug and play but theres 1 wire that has to be removed from the harness and the one they give to replace it is a little oversize and if it doesnt get in deep enough it sends off a fault code.i should know.
