    Jetski

I am running an "04 RXP with a stage 3( everything is Rotax Racing ECU) and I wanted to put on an X charger with an ET137 wheel. What size injectors, I am running 42's now? Do I have to run a RRFPR and a AFR?

AFR is a must, and so is a RRFPR, you should replace the stock fuel pump with a walbro GSS342, I'm running into a problem that the stock pump cant keep up with the pressure.

You also need 48 lbs injectors with the ET wheel!

No you do not. Stay with 42's and get a RRFPR. A set of 48's will put you too rich on low and mid range. Base pressure needs to be 62-3 with 42's and et137

42s with a RRFPR as the Rotax Racing ECU is mapped for 42s....youll need a little more fuel on top and thats were the reg. comes into play..

One more thing to add, dont forget the walbro pump, my stock has gotten weaker and today I noticed it.

I would like to know why you think I should run a Walbro GSS342. No one else has ever mentioned this.

It wouldnt hurt, especially with running the higher fuel pressures at WOT..the stock fuel pumps are usually only good up to 70 psi and then fall off...As cheap as the Walbros are, i personally would switch over...But thats just me...

It is worth upgrading as I spent months chasing ghosts on the RPM losses I was experiencing. It will work for few hours, but the high pressure will wear the OEM pump out. You will start to go lean on the top end and experience RPM loss. Change it and be done with it. PM Slow91. He sells them for $85.00 shipped. The How-to is in the 'How To' Section of SeaDoo. Good luck.

I was talking to Jerry & he said my stock fuel pump would be fine with my new set up that I'm going to have done. I am running a RRFPR with a target AFR 11.9-12.2. Do you any input on any of this? I know Jerry is familiar with all this since he has done this before. Have you ever done an AFR set up?
