Pulled the RXT out of the water this weekend..PICS..:(

Welp my first season comes to an end. Not happy about it. Purchased is back in May and had a fantastic time with it all summer. I think I put 30 hours it. Rebuilt the trailer bearings.
    Time to winterize.

I pulled my T-X out this weekend too. Was a sad day. I picked it up in July and put 49 hours on it. Put 40 hours on the GTX too, but I took that out about a month ago.

I was thinking of getting another less expensive "loaner" ski so I can invite people to come out riding with me for the day.

good thought but bad idea. usually skis get messed up pretty bad with other people riding them. then most of the time you get a ski handed back with problems you have to fix and pay for

Well sure that could happen. Id just like to invite people out riding with me. I was thinking its pretty hard to mess up a non-SC 4 stroke 110 hp Yamaha or something like that, especially with me riding right next to them.

It's not a bad idea if the person is your friend and you read them the riot act ahead of time. That's sort of what I plan to use my GTX as but I haven't given anyone a chance yet.

Rule #1: Never loan your shit out. Ever... Period!

Mine has been out of the water almost a month since MB. Too sick to ride.

Yea you've a good setup for it. Really a non-SC ski has two rules: Keep it in deep water and dont hit shit.
Other then that Id make them fill it theirselves with gas and lets have a ball

And don't stay in the throttle over big waves, etc. Depends on how familiar the person is with skis.

And yeah I like it this way. Bought my GTX 4 years ago, it's been good to me, and it's so light that it's still fun for me to take out too. Bought my T-X this July. A newer non s/c ski would be similar to my setup. Also would be a lot better on gas than your RXT (my 2 stroke doesn't quite have that attribute )

Why would this be an issue with a non-SC ski and a rev limiter?
